ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The owner of the online store selektnutrition.eu (hereinafter “Online Store”) is Selekt Nutrition OÜ (registry code 16982287), located at Tiigi tn 6-111, 51003 Tartu, Tartu County, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information

These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to each product. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices in the Online Store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during checkout.

Information about each product is provided directly on the Online Store next to the product.

Placing an Order

To order products, they must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, required fields must be filled out, and a suitable delivery method must be selected. The total amount due will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments

  • Finnish bank payments

  • Latvian bank payments

  • Lithuanian bank payments

  • Visa/Mastercard payments

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Pay later solutions

  • Kniks gift card

Note: When paying via bank link, make sure to click the “Return to merchant” button on the bank’s website.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment occurs outside the Online Store in a secure environment – bank link payments in the bank’s secure environment, and credit card payments in Maksekeskus AS’s secure environment. The seller does not have access to the client’s bank or credit card information.

The contract becomes valid once the payment amount has been received in the Online Store’s account.

The Online Store owner is the responsible data controller and shares necessary personal data for payment processing with the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock unavailability or any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days after the notification.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia.

Delivery options for the buyer: Omniva, Smartpost, DPD.

The buyer bears the shipping costs, which are displayed next to the chosen delivery method.

Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the buyer within 2–5 working days from the effective date of the sales agreement. International delivery takes 5–7 calendar days.

Orders are processed on working days Mon–Fri, 10:00–17:00.

If the goods are in stock, the ordered products will arrive in Estonia within 2–5 working days. Delivery times may be longer during promotions.

If a product is out of stock, the Online Store will contact the buyer with an estimated delivery date.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

According to § 56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, a consumer may withdraw from a contract concluded with selektnutrition.eu within 14 days. The period begins on the day the goods reach the consumer.

The right of return does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s personal needs or specifications.

If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the Online Store will refund the amount paid as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. The buyer must return the goods promptly, but no later than 14 days from sending the withdrawal notice.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement in free form must be sent to info(at)selektnutrition.eu with the following information:

  • Name of the returned or ordered product

  • Date of order placement

  • Date of product receipt

  • Buyer’s full name

  • Buyer’s contact details

The returned goods must be clearly unused and in the original packaging. If the product has been removed from the original packaging for inspection, it must not be used and should be handled as if in a physical store. Goods removed from the original packaging must be repackaged so they are not damaged during return.

The amount paid, including delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days to the bank account used for the purchase.

Right to Make a Claim

The Online Store is responsible for products sold that are non-compliant with the contract or defective at the time of delivery and discovered within two years from delivery. Within the first year from delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The Online Store may rebut this presumption.

The buyer must notify the Online Store of defects within two months by sending an email to info(at)selektnutrition.eu.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after delivery.

If a purchased product is defective and the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective product. If repair or replacement is impossible, the Online Store will refund all costs associated with the purchase.

The Online Store will respond to a consumer complaint in writing or in a format that allows written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

The Online Store uses personal data provided by the buyer only to process orders and deliver products. Personal data may be shared with shipping service providers to enable delivery.

The Online Store may send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email only if the buyer has voluntarily provided their email and consented to receive direct marketing messages.

The buyer may unsubscribe from newsletters and offers at any time via email or following the instructions in the email.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has claims regarding the Online Store, they should be sent via email to info(at)selektnutrition.eu.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute amicably, the buyer may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The terms of procedure and applications can be found [here]. The Committee handles disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing a complaint in the Committee is free of charge.
